Refund Policy
Partial refunds will be provided for services not yet received.

Tutoring & Consulting: 5% cancellation fee applied to all services purchased.

On-campus School Classes: $50 cancellation fee.

Practice tests: No refunds provided.

Delivery Policy

Tutoring & Consulting: Services will be scheduled with customers after payment has been received.

Practice Tests: Practice Tests will be available online to be taken unlimited times for 3 months after purchase date.

Return Policy
No returns accepted.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and respect for both the tutor's time and other students' opportunities, the following cancellation policy applies:

• ​Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time.

​

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in the loss of that tutoring session (i.e., it will be counted as used).

​

• ​Emergency exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate as soon as possible if an emergency arises.
