Fullfilment Policies
Refund Policy
Partial refunds will be provided for services not yet received.
Tutoring and Consulting - 5% cancellation fee applied to all services purchased
On-Campus School Classes - $50 cancellation fee
Practice Tests - No refund provided
Delivery Policy
Tutoring and Consulting | Services will be scheduled with customers after payments have been received.
Practice Tests | Practice Tests will be available online to be taken unlimited times for 3 months after purchase.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and respect for both the tutor's time and other students' opportunities, the following cancellation policies apply:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in the loss of that tutoring session (i.e., it will be counted as used)

Emergency exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate as soon as possible if an emergency arises.
